100-Hour Mindset

I believe consistent, intentional work separates everyday players from college softball players. I don't just want reps — I want good reps.

IQ

Game Intelligence

I study situations, tendencies, counts, positioning, and the small details that can create an advantage before the ball is ever put in play.

UT

True Utility Value

I have learned the infield, outfield, and circle. If the team needs me somewhere different, I want to be ready to step in and contribute.

+1

Team-First Energy

I compete hard, celebrate my teammates, bring energy to the dugout, and care about helping the team win more than owning a particular position.

WHY CHOOSE ME?

I Plan to Outwork My Starting Point

I am a hard worker. I believe in the 100-hour rule, and I know that putting in the reps day after day is what separates good players from players who reach the college level.

I may not be your best player at the start of the season, but I am confident that I can become one of your most valuable players by the end. I will work, learn, adapt, and do whatever it takes to become the best player I can be.

I am smart, coachable, and intentional about how I practice. I want to understand not only what to do, but why it works. Then I repeat it until it becomes a habit I can trust in a game.

“I may not walk onto your field as your best player. But I will work every day to become one of them.”
WHAT YOU GET WITH ME

A Player Who Finds Ways to Help You Win

Relentless Work EthicI use my home batting cage regularly and believe the work nobody sees prepares me for the moments everybody sees.
A True Utility PlayerI have played every position except catcher and learned how to think the game from multiple spots on the field.
A Smart, Coachable PlayerI listen, learn, ask why, apply instruction, and work until new skills become natural.
A Player Who Creates RunsI look for ways to reach base, bunt for hits, move runners, steal bases, and turn opportunities into runs.
A Player Who AdaptsOlder competition, new positions, and higher expectations do not scare me. Give me a challenge and I will go to work.
A Team-First TeammateI bring positive energy, celebrate teammates, lead from the dugout, and embrace the role the team needs.
MY STORY

I Learned Early That Improvement Is Earned

Started Softball at Age 8

I began in coach pitch. COVID canceled that season, and when softball returned it was kid pitch. When the coach asked who wanted to pitch, I volunteered.

Learned to Rebuild

My first pitching instruction came from coaches, my dad, and online videos. Later, working with experienced pitching coaches meant correcting habits and rebuilding mechanics from the ground up. That taught me not to fear starting over when there is a better way.

Earned a Varsity Starting Role

As an eighth grader, I moved up to varsity and initially split time in right field with an older player. By the end of preseason, I had earned the starting spot. That season I played every position except catcher and finished with the third-highest batting average on the team.

Moved Up to 16U Competition

At 14, I joined the Mississippi Bombers 16U and earned opportunities in the circle, at third base, shortstop, and second base while hitting near the top of the lineup.

Still Building

I continue to work on pitching, hitting, defense, speed, and game IQ because I do not want a coach recruiting only the player I am today. I want them recruiting the player I am becoming.
